Christmas in Malaysia
Merry Christmas from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. For the second straight year, we all went to Malaysia for Christmas. We spent 2 weeks vacationing in the sun, celebrating with family, and eating lots of yummy food.
I got my first taste of fresh Coconut juice.
Double Dragon with Daddy at the Chinese Restaurant in Melaka.
We stayed with Aunt Yuko, Uncle Guy and Cousin Joshua's new apartment in K.L. We even had our own guest room. We went swimming in their pool and jacuzzi many times.
At the Bird Santuary in Kuala Lumpur I had a thrilling stare down encounter with the fearless peacock. One shall stand. One shall fall.
Then he showed me his feathers and we called it a draw.
Cool. Its a car with wings. Its called a plane. I got fly on this one.
THE CULTURES OF PENANG:
We also took a 6-day vacation to the island of Penang. Our resort in was beautiful. We found a quiet place under this tree to set up on chairs and relax listening to the sound of the ocean.
The frantic street food scene in Penang was a little over-stimulating, but I kinda got used to it. I loved the Meehoon noodles and banana pancakes. Mommy loved the watermelon juice. Daddy loved just about everything.
This was our corner table for the breakfast buffet at our resort in Penang. Just steps from the pool and beach.
I absolutely love playing in the sand on the beach.
